I am very satisfied. The receptionist helped to bring my belongings to my room because I got scared with technical issues of elevator. Room was very nice. And receptionist who worked the next day understood my situation that I was hurry up to not miss my flight and make my check out quite fast.

Location was perfect for airport but also great transport links to the city - easy to get in and out and transport system inexpensive. Rooms were comfortable and they placed us as a family group (2 rooms) close together (rooms faced each other across corridor. Good facilities and everything was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was fantastically helpful for drinks and fruit as rooms were warm.

The breakfast was fairly good. Coming from Canada, I thought the food/restaurants were expensive. However paying less than 20 euros each for a decent buffet breakfast compared to other places we stayed was ok.

The location is excellent for the airport and train station with direct trains every 20 minutes into the city centre. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom and excellent shower. Although there was a limited menu in the restaurant, the food was good, but a little more expensive than I would have expected. All of the staff were very good. The open plan ground floor, with the reception area adjoining the bar, which is next to the restaurant, is designed very nicely and is a very pleasant environment in which to relax.

I had to stay for one night after a late flight before further travel. For this purpose the location is great, just few minutes of walking from the airport terminal and the corresponding train station. The isolation is also fine, there was mo problem with noise from the airplanes. The staff is friendly. The room was spacious, and there was everything needed. Small fridge was also available. The breakfast was fine, just as expected for a short stay hotel. The photos were matching to the real appearance of the room. For waiting for an early flight or having a rest after the late one, like me, definitely a good choice for a good price.

Brand new and reasonably spacious room, good quality of bed, very good walk-in shower with good water pressure, room very silent despite of being next to airport. Airco works really well, on the lowest mode you don't hear or feel it. Airco is important in this hotel as you want to keep the windows closed to keep out the airport noise. Breakfast reasonably complete, especially the fact their there is fresh, cut fruits.

Breakfast was just amazing. I could request gluten free bread and there are vegan options as well. The location is quite convenient. The acommodation was perfect for three people and the bed quality excelled our expectations.

Dinner was great - the restaurant had gluten free bread to sub out for my burger which was unexpected and delightful (gluten allergy) since GF bread wasn't listed on the menu (probably change that). Location could not be beat for the airport!

Very happy with my choice of spending two nights at IntercityHotel Berlin Airport: Such a convenient location adjacent to the airport terminal and train station – both Deutsche Bahn and S-Bahn. It was very easy to catch a direct train to and from the city for some sightseeing, and I loved the stress-free, hassle free short walk to the airport terminal to catch my flight the next morning. My room was comfortable and well appointed and completely soundproof, breakfast was good, and staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend IntercityHotel Berlin Airport.

The location is great - very close to Terminal 1, the airport S-Bahn/rail station and the airport bus stop. The staff were very helpful and friendly both at check-in and check-out. The restaurant remained open until 11.00 pm, which was really useful as I was arriving off an evening flight. The room was comfortable, meeting all my needs. Payment for the room was on arrival, with payment for food and drink on the spot, which made check-out really simple.
